Chef Brian Bowden has accumulated over 30 years of culinary experience in both the Capital Region and abroad. Chef Bowden consistently earns top accolades from local restaurant reviewers, food bloggers and most importantly, restaurant patrons. Bowden continues his culinary adventure with Radici Kitchen & Bar. His distinct style blends artistry with the freshest seafood and local farm partners to bring you innovative cuisine steeped in the traditions of classic Italian cuisine.
Radici translates to "roots" in Italian
Radici Kitchen & Bar is a family-owned neighborhood restaurant serving small plates, homemade pastas, the freshest seafood and hand-cut steaks. Chef Brian Bowden blends old world flavors with new world ingredients and techniques in a cozy, intimate setting. The food is driven by high quality, fresh, seasonal ingredients prepared in traditional and unexpected flavor combinations. Also offering both classic and modern cocktails, craft beers and a unique wine list, there is something for everyone. We are excited to put down roots in Glens Falls and get back to the root of our passion.
